Falling in and out of Balance

In this episode, I explore what it really means to be in balance. Through my experiences, I've learned that balance is not about staying perfectly still or in control. It’s about movement, elasticity, and allowing ourselves to fall and rise again.

I reflect on my journey through burnout and how I once believed I had to stay perfectly balanced. Now, I see that real balance comes from our ability to gather ourselves when we fall and trust in our capacity to return.

Join me as we talk about the dance between expansion and contraction, and the beauty of walking a wider path—one that allows for exploration, mistakes, and recovery.
